PLEASE SEE SCHEDULE O THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO COMBAT DETERIORATION OF NEIGHBORHOODS IN BALTIMORE CITY AND THE SURROUNDING COUNTIES (THE "BALTIMORE METROPOLITAN AREA") WITH LOWER INCOME RESIDENTS; TO PROVIDE NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR DECENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME PEOPLE IN THE BALTIMORE METROPOLITAN AREA WITH THE GOAL THAT A MAJORITY OF THE HOUSEHOLDS BENEFITING FROM THESE OPPORTUNITIES HAVE INCOMES QUALIFYING FOR VARIOUS FEDERALLY-FUNDED HOUSING PROGRAMS OR FEDERAL TAX INCENTIVES FOR PROVISION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
