The Flex Grant Program provides direct financial assistance to ALS families in New England, up to $2,000 per quarter and $4,000 annually, for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance or other programs. Applications are due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.
