THE RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR HAWAII.USA, "RIHIUSA.ORG", A US IRC 4942(J)(3) PRIVATE OPERATING FOUNDATION HAS A SAFE, UNOBTRUSIVE RESEARCH MISSION TO REVIEW AND CONDUCT U.S. LITERARY RESEARCH, RESPECTFUL OF SAFE CIVIL RIGHTS POLICIES, AND RESPECTFULLY SAFELY REVIEW U.S. LITERARY DISCOVERIES, PUBLISH AND DISSEMINATE US HISTORIC DOCUMENTS RELATED TO U.S. SAFE CONSTITUTIONAL CIVIC PROGRESS IN OUR U.S. STATE OF HAWAII. WITH RESPECT FOR IMPROVING US LITERARY PRECEDENTS, WE HAVE CONTINUED TO PROMOTE OUR FUNDING OF US HISTORY RESEARCH FOR THE US TERRITORY OF HAWAII AND US STATE OF HAWAII, WHICH IS IN LINE WITH OUR MISSION TO UNCOVER MISSED OR IGNORED US HISTORIC DOCUMENTS AND PROMOTE THE POSITIVE ASPECTS OF US CONSTITUTIONAL SAFE PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL POLICIES FOR DEMOCRACY BROUGHT TO HAWAII FROM THE U.S. MANY HAWAIIANS, AS WAR STRESSED ORPHAN REFUGEES JUMPED ABOARD AMERICAN WHALING SHIPS, AND THEN BECOME SAFELY EDUCATED.
