THE TRUST WAS ORIGINALLY ESTABLISHED WITH TWO PRIMARY CHARITABLE PURPOSES. THE FIRST CHARITABLE PURPOSE, TO CONSERVE NATURE, RESTORE DEGRADED LAND, AND TO HELP ENSURE THE LONG TERM SURVIVAL OF CHEETAHS AND OTHER CARNIVORES IN SITU. THE SECOND CHARITABLE PURPOSE, TO SUPPORT RESEARCH AND TO DEVELOP SOLUTIONS TO REDUCE MALNUTRITION AND FOOD INSECURITY ON THE AFRICAN CONTINENT, AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE AFOREGOING, FOR THE PROMOTION OF SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME, AT THEIR DISCRETION, DECIDE TO PURSUE.IN FURTHERING THE TRUSTS CHARITABLE PURPOSE TO SUPPORT RESEARCH AND DEVELOP SOLUTIONS TO REDUCE MALNUTRITION AND FOOD INSECURITY ON THE AFRICAN CONTINENT, NATURE CONSERVATION TRUST HELPED CONSTRUCT AND CONTINUES TO ACTIVELY MANAGE AND HELP OPERATE THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS:A.THE RWANDA INSTITUTUE FOR CONSERVATION AGRICULTURE(RICA)WHICH IS AN AGRICUTURAL COLLEGE LOCATED IN RWANDA AFRICA AND;B.THE NASHO IRRIGATION COOPERATIVE WHICH IS AN EX
