TO PROVIDE HOUSING FOR LOWER-INCOME FAMILIES AND FAMILIES IN NEED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SENIOR CITIZENS AND HANDICAPPED MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. AND TO PROVIDE RESIDENTS OF THE HOUSING COMMUNITY THE SERVICES NECESSARY TO OBTAINING AN OVERALL HEALTHY QUALITY OF LIFE.TO ACQUIRE, OWN, PLAN, DEVELOP, CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE LOW-INCOME AND AFFORDABLE RESIDENTIAL HOUSING, RELATED FACILITIES, AND SERVICES FOR RESIDENCE OF THE HOUSING COMMUNITY. RELATED FACILIATIES AND SERVICES SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, SOCIAL SERVICE FACILITIES, SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND ANYOTHER FACILITIES IN THE COMMUNITY NECESSARY FOR THE WELLBEING OF THE LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS.TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO THE POOR AND DISTRESSED BY INVESTING IN AND SUPPORTING THE OVERALL HEALTH OF COMMUNITIES IN NEED IN ANY MANNER POSSIBLE, INCLUDING FINANCIALLY, CULTURALLY, PHYSICALLY, THROUGH SERVICES, AND THROUGH OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS.TO ASSIST, SUPPORT, AND WORK ALONGSIDE ORGANIZATIONS
