TO ORGANIZE AND OPERATE THE ANNUAL CARSON VALLEY BALLOON FESTIVAL. THE FESTIVAL PROMOTES DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEVADA BY AFFORDING THE COMMUNITY WITH RECREATIONAL ENTERTAINMENT OPPORTUNTIES AND MAKING CONTRIBUTIONS TO WORTHY CHARITIES DETERMINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
