TOGETHER, NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICTS CONTAIN 19,200 BUSINESSES AND PROVIDE 270,000 JOBS, PLAYING A VITAL ROLE IN PORTLAND'S ECONOMY. VENTURE PORTLAND BUILDS THE CAPACITY OF AND CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THESE DISTRICTS THAT COLLECTIVELY MEET LOCAL, REGIONAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL DEMAND FOR GOODS AND SERVICES.
