THE OBJECTIVE OF CARITAS PLAZA IS TO PROVIDE LOW-INCOME HOUSING TO ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS THROGUH A 30-UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING. THIS OBJECTIVE IS ASSISTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) WHICH PROVIDES SUBSIDIZED RENTS TO THE CORPORATION.
