THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THIS CORPORATION IS FORMED ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY, EDUCATIONAL, OR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO CHILDREN OR ANIMALS, AND CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING: A) TO AID AND ASSIST THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITIES IN WHICH THE RUSH GROUP OF COMPANIES CONDUCTS BUSINESS; TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT, GROWTH, AND PRESERVATION OF SUCH COMMUNITIES; TO BENEFIT, PROVIDE FUNDS FOR, AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE CITIZENS OF SUCH COMMUNITIES; TO ENCOURAGE PHILANTHROPY; AND TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS IN CREATING SUSTAINABILITY FOR THE PERPETUAL BENEFIT OF SUCH COMMUNITIES; B) TO ESTABLISH FUNDING FOR EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SCHOLARSHIPS FOR COLLEGE AS WELL AS SCHOLARSHIP FOR COMPLETING SECONDARY EDUCATION; C) TO AID, SUPPORT, AND ASSIST BY GIFTS, CONTRIBUTIONS OR OTHERWISE, OTHER CORPORATIONS, COMMUNITY CHESTS, FUNDS AND FOUNDATIONS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, OR EDUCATION
