LANCASTER HARM REDUCTION PROJECT(LHRP) PROVIDES NON-JUDGEMENTAL SERVICES, INCLUDING SYRINGE ACCESS, HARM REDUCATION, BASIC HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION, AND RISK REDUCTION COUNSELING, TO THE MOST VULNERABLE AND HARD-TO-REACH POPULATIONS OF THE PENNSYLVANIA COUNTIES OF HARRISBURG, LANCASTER, AND YORK. LHRP SEEKS TO ASSIST THE HOMELESS, THE UNINSURED, INJECTION DRUG USERS, AND SEX WORKERS.
