HANDS ON SURGICAL EDUCATION, TRAVEL FELLOWSHIPS, LIVE SURGERY COURSES, AND DIDACTICS WERE THE PILLARS OF TRAINING. SURGEONS ARE TAUGHT ADVANCED SURGICAL CONCEPTS THAT THEY REPRODUCE INDEPENDENTLY.
