YOUTH ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM TRACK & FIELD WE HOST A TRAINING IN ALL THE TRACK AND FIELD THROWS EVENTS AT OUR WILMINGTON LOCATION. THIS INCLUDES LIFTING, THROWING, AND ALL ACCESSORY EXERCISES AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK. WE ALSO HOLD COMPETITIONS FOR HIGH SCHOOL THROUGH ELITE ATHLETES. ACCESS TO TRAINING IS FREE FOR ANYONE IN THE LOCAL WILMINGTON AREA.
