THESE SCIENTIFIC STUDIES ARE SUCCESSFUL IN REDUCING TERRORISM, REDUCING VIOLENT CRIME AND DEATHS FROM VIOLENT CRIME, REDUCING ACCIDENTS AND TRAFFIC FATALITIES, REDUCING DRUG RELATED DEATHS, AND REDUCING ACUTE ETHNIC, POLITICAL, AND RELIGIOUS TENSIONS. COLLECTIVELY, THE POTENTIAL IMPACT OF THIS RESEARCH EXCEEDS THAT OF ANY OTHER ONGOING SOCIAL OR PSYCHOSOCIAL RESEARCH PROGRAM AND CONFIRMS THESE TECHNOLOGIES TO BE THE MOST THOROUGHLY TESTED AND RIGOROUSLY ESTABLISHED PROGRAMS TO BRING PEACE AND HARMONY TO ALL MANKIND AS WELL AS TO THE FAMILY OF NATIONS.
