Mission
ICAT TRAINING FOUNDATION IS IN THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTING A BUILDING AND OUTDOOR TRAINING FACILITIES TO BE USED FOR THE NATIONAL INTTEGRATING COMMUNICATIONS, ASSESSMENT, AND TACTICS (ICAT) TRAINING PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES FIRST RESPONDING POLICE OFFICERS WITH THE TOOLS, SKILLS AND OPTIONS THEY NEED TO SUCCESSFULLY AND SAFELY DEFUSE A RANGE OF CRITICAL INCIDENTS.
