FACING HOMETHE FACING HOME INITIATIVE IS A STRATEGIC INITIATIVE OF THE DEVOS FAMILY FOUNDATION DESIGNED TO ACCELERATE THE GRAND RAPIDS COMMUNITY'S JOURNEY TO FUNCTIONAL ZERO AMONG THE CHRONICALLY HOMELESS POPULATION WHILE DRAMATICALLY REDUCING THE NUMBER OF ALL INDIVIDUALS WHO CHOOSE TO REMAIN UNSHELTERED. TO DO THIS, THE FACING HOME INITIATIVE FUNDS PILOT SERVICES THAT MEET HIGH PRIORITY BUT CHALLENGING NEEDS, SUPPORTS PARTNERS WITHIN THE PROVIDER NETWORK, AND SUPPORTS SYSTEMS-LEVEL SOLUTIONS TO ACHIEVING FUNCTIONAL ZERO AMONG THE CHRONICALLY HOMELESS POPULATION.
