Mission
In Sept2020 we submitted the application to the IRS. Only in Dec2020, was the donation made. During this time in 2020, we did reach out local colleges to establish relationships with the college staff and the college students in the Pinellas park area to create awareness. Our first full year of operation will be 2021. This is the first year of formation/creation of the foundation. The foundation submitted its application to the IRS in Sept2020. Only in the month of Dec-2020 we received the charitable gift from the founder/ceo. There were no/zero expenses for 2020. There was only one entry for 2020 or the starting/beginning balance via the donation in Dec2020. In Feb2021, we received IRS approval. We look forward to starting in 2021. In 2021 we will incur expenses.. The first real year of operating/operation will be 2021.
