TO PROMOTE SENSIBLE IMMIGRATION REFORM THAT SUPPORTS THE ECONOMY OF THE UNITED STATES, PROVIDES AMERICAN COMPANIES WITH BOTH THE HIGH-SKILLED AND LOW-SKILLED TALENT THEY NEED, AND ALLOWS THE INTEGRATION OF IMMIGRANTS INTO OUR ECONOMY AS CONSUMERS, WORKERS, ENTREPRENEURS, AND CITIZENS.
