ESTABLISHING PROGRAMS RELATED TO HEALTHY EATING AND WELLNESS FORTRANSFERRED AND VULNERABLE POPULATIONS; ANDV. ASSISTING WITH THE NAVIGATION OF THE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF MEDICAID.
