Mission
OUR MISSION - TO WORK ALONGSIDE LOCAL COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP ADULT TRAINING CENTERS VILLAGE COMMUNITY CENTERS AND PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN NEPAL TO ADVANCE EDUCATION SOCIAL AWARENESS CAUSES AND HUMANITARIAN EFFORTS TO LIFT FAMILIES AND THEREBY CHILDREN OUT OF A CYCLE OF HOPELESSNESS FEAR AND DISPAIR. TO ACCOMPLISH OUR MISSION SEMIANNUAL SITE VISITS ARE MADE ALONG WITH WEEKLY ZOOM CALLS WITH LEADERSHIP STAFF TO INSURE THAT FUNDS ARE USED FOR DESIGNATED PURPOSES DURING THE COURSE OF THE YEAR. IDIGENOUS CHI STAFF REPORT HOW FUNDING IS BEING USED AND PROVIDE RECEIPTS AS AVAILABLE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE AND DETAILED REPORTS OF ALL WORK BEING ACCOMPLISHED. CHI STAFF ARE CHOSEN AFTER A DETAILED APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS AND ARE PAIRED FOR ACCOUNTABLITY. EACH CHI TEAM IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A QUARTERLY WRITTEN REPORT DISCUSSING ALL PROGRAM ACTIVITIES THAT THEY PARTICIPATED IN ALONG WITH SUCCESSES AND CHALLANGES. ALL CHI STAFF CONSIST OF TEACHERS AND SOCIAL WORKERS.
