THE PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO FOSTER, PROTECT, AND PROMOTE THE WELFARE AND INTEREST OF ARCHBISHOP HIGH SCHOOL, TO FORM A MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SAID SCHOOL AND ITS ALUMNI, AND TO PROVIDE A SUITABLE ORGANIZATION BY WHICH THE ALUMNI OF SAID SCHOOL CAN DEVELOP A GREATER BROTHERHOOD AMONG THEMSELVES.
