BUILDERS BRIDGE OPERATES A PROGRAM THAT HELPS:- BUILD CAREER PATHWAYS INTO THE HOMEBUILDING INDUSTRY FOR STUDENTS, YOUNG PEOPLE AND INDIVIDUALS LOOKING FOR A CAREER-CHANGE OR A SECOND-CHANCE.- CREATE CURRICULUM THAT EDUCATES STUDENTS, PARENTS, INDIVIDUALS, AND EDUCATORS ABOUT THE CAREERS AND OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE IN THE HOMEBUILDING INDUSTRY.- PROVIDE INTERNSHIPS AND WORK-BASED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN PURSUING CAREERS IN THE HOMEBUILDING INDUSTRY.- CONNECT COMMUNITY PARTNERS WHO HAVE NEEDS TO TRADE PARTNERS WHO WANT TO SUPPORT THEM AND CAN PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN THOSE AREAS OF NEED.- CREATE OPPORTUNITIES TO EXPOSE INDIVIDUALS TO THE VIABLE, PROFITABLE CAREERS WITHIN THE HOMEBUILDING INDUSTRY.- STAY CONNECTED IN AN EVER-CHANGING INDUSTRY, AND ALWAYS STAYING READILY AVAILABLE AND SEEKING OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE OUR COMMUNITIES FURTHER.
