THE JOHN W. THOMPSON AND JANE A. BARTELL CHARITABLE FOUNDATION, INC. SUCH ORGANIZATIONS MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO ORGANIZATIONS ENGAGED IN CHARITABLE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.
