THIS PARK WILL BECOME AN ATTRATIVE AND VIBRANT GATHERING PLACE FOR RESIDENTS AND OF SALISBURY AND ROWAN COUNY, AS WELL AS VISITORS TO HISTORIC DOWNTOWN SALISBURY.
