LOTUS SUPPORTING FOUNDATION, INC. WAS FORMED TO SECURE THE FINANCIAL STABILITY AND LONG-TERM VIABILITY OF THE SUNDARI FOUNDATION. LOTUS SUPPORTING FOUNDATION, INC. IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO BENEFIT ANY OTHER ORGANIZATION OTHER THAN THE SUNDARI FOUNDATION OR UPON DISSOLUTION AT A TIME WHEN THE SUNDARI FOUNDATION NO LONGER EXISTS, ONE OR MORE ORGANIZATIONS DEVOTED TO SIMILAR PURPOSES AS THE FOUNDATION WHICH ARE EXEMPT AS 501(C)(3) CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS.
