THE PURPOSE OF THE CHAP CLUB IS TO SUPPORT FINANCIALLY AND PHYSICALLY THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT OF WESTLAKE HIGH SCHOOL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ESTABLISHED POLICIES OF THE WESTLAKE HIGH SCHOOL, EANES INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE UNIVERSITY INTERSCHOLASTIC LEAGUE.
