THE GIARDINA FAMILY FOUNDATION WORKS CLOSELY WITH THE MAX CHARTER SCHOOL, A 501(C)(3) CHARTER SCHOOL DEDICATED TO EDUCATING STUDENTS WITH DYSLEXIA AND OTHER RELATED LEARNING DIFFERENCES. THE FOUNDATION HELPS SUBSIDIZE THE COSTS OF RUNNING THE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING EMPLOYEES AND PAYING FOR THE COSTS OF NEEDED SERVICES SUCH AS LEGAL EXPENSES AND PUBLIC RELATIONS COSTS.
