TO SUPPORT CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND RELIEF EFFORTS BY DISTRIBUTING FUNDS TO QUALIFIED 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS AND PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO FRENCHMANS CREEK, INC. EMPLOYEES IN NEED, WITH A FOCUS ON BENEFITING THE COMMUNITIES OF PALM BEACH AND MARTIN COUNTIES. THE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS FORMED IS TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS DESCRIBED IN THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF THE CORPORATION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1. MAKING DISTRIBUTIONS FROM UNRESTRICTED FUNDS TO ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED IN PALM BEACH AND MARTIN COUNTIES, FLORIDA, AND/OR ORGANIZATIONS IN OTHER COUNTIES PROVIDING SERVICES THAT DIRECTLY SUPPORT THE COMMUNITIES AND/OR RESIDENTS OF THE COMMUNITIES OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501 (C) (3) OF THE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 (OR THE CORRESPONDING PROVISION OF ANY FUTURE LAW OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE OR DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, HEREIN IRC); 2.
