THE MISSION OF NCTA IS TO ADVANCE THE CABLE & TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY'S PUBLIC POLICY INTEREST BEFORE CONGRESS, THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH AND THE COURTS, AND TO ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE THE INDUSTRY'S OPERATING, PROGRAMMING AND TECHNOLOGY (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O) DEVELOPMENTS IN ORDER TO BETTER SERVE THE AMERICAN PUBLIC.
