THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING PROGRAMS THAT ENHANCE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL, PROMOTE THE PROFESSION, ADVANCE TECHNICAL PRACTICES, AND PREPARE CIVIL ENGINEERS FOR TOMORROW.
