THE NPR FOUNDATION (FOUNDATION) IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS SOLE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION, NATIONAL PUBLIC RADIO, INC. (NPR). THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS NPR THROUGH VARIOUS ACTIVITIES (E.G., CONDUCTING FUNDRAISING EVENTS, MANAGING A DEDICATED ENDOWMENT). THE FOUNDATION DISBURSES FUNDS RAISED, ALONG WITH ENDOWMENT EARNINGS, TO NPR TO SUPPORT ITS OPERATIONS, PROMOTION, DEVELOPMENT, CAPITAL EXPANSION, AND OTHER VALID CORPORATE ACTIVITIES, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE DONOR RESTRICTIONS.
