THEYACCOMPLISH THIS THROUGH AN ENVIRONMENT THAT FOSTERS VISIONARYLEADERSHIP, MENTORING, INNOVATION AND INTERDISCIPLINARY COLLABORATION IN THE DELIVERY OF TRAUMA CARE.
