THROUGH IDENTIFYING AND CHANNELING CAPITAL TO QUALIFIED PARTNERS, IN ADDITION TO TECHNICAL, ACQUISITION AND FINANCING ASSISTANCE, WE BRING NATIONAL DOLLARS AND KNOW-HOW TO LOCAL COMMUNITIES FOR CRITICAL INVESTMENT IN LOW-AND-MODERATE INCOME AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BUSINESSES.
