OUR MISSION IS TO CREATE LONG-LASTING CHANGES BY ADDRESSING UNDERLYING CAUSES OF COMMUNITY PROBLEMS RELATING TO HEALTH, EDUCATION AND INCOME. WE SERVE RILEY, CLAY, WASHINGTON, MORRIS, POTTAWATOMIE AND WABAUNSEE COUNTIES.
