THE ORGANIZATION ACTIVELY PURSUES PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION, WHETHER BY INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS, SPECIAL EVENTS, ECONOMIC INCENTIVES, OR PLANNING INITIATIVES, UTILIZING THE MAIN STREET FOUR-POINT APPROACH, IN CONCERT WITH THE CITY OF HENDERSONVILLE, DOWNTOWN STAKEHOLDERS, AND THE LARGER COMMUNITY.
