TO PROMOTE HIGHER EDUCATION TO THE CHILDREN OF THE WESTERN KENTUCKY COAL ASSOCIATION INC. MEMBER COMPANY'S EMPLOYEES KILLED ON THE JOB. THE MEMORIAL FUND WILL PROVIDE ANNUAL EDUCAITON GRANTS TO THE CHILDREN BASED ON AN APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY THE STUDENTS.
