Mission
PATHWAYS TO CREATIVITY - A DYNAMIC PROGRAM, PROVIDING FRESH AND EXCITING OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS AND EDUCATORS ALIKE. THE PROGRAM FOCUSES ON ART AND IS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR STUDENTS IN 3RD, 4TH, AND 5TH GRADES. EACH GRADE LEVEL'S PATHWAY CURRENTLY CONSISTS OF FIVE CAPTIVATING ART LESSONS. THESE LESSONS ARE THOUGHTFULLY STRUCTURED AND INCLUDE A LIST OF SUPPLIES NEEDED FOR EACH GRADE-LEVEL PATHWAY, MAKING IT A CONVENIENT RESOURCE FOR EDUCATORS. TO COMPLEMENT THESE ENGAGING LESSONS, BLACKWING FOUNDATION HAS ORGANIZED ADDITIONAL RESOURCES, FROM CREATIVE DOODLES, TO VOCABULARY, AND VARIOUS RESEARCH BASED PROJECTS. WE BELIEVE THESE RESOURCES WILL DEEPEN A STUDENT'S UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF ART.
