THE MISSION OF THE VICKI SOTO MEMORIAL FUND, INC. IS OUTLINED IN THE FOUR FOLLOWING FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES THAT HONOR VICKI'S LEGACY:ENCOURAGE A LOVE OF EDUCATION BY SUPPORTING TEACHER LED INITIATIVES AND EDUCATOR DRIVEN PROGRAMS. LEAD AND IMPLEMENT VITAL LITERARY NEEDS IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY AND OUR STATEENRICH STUDENT AND YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS THAT FOSTER READING, WRITING, EDUCATION AND TEACHING OPPORTUNITIESSUPPORT FUTURE EDUCATORS' POTENTIAL BY AWARDING FOUR PRESTIGIOUS RENEWABLE SCHOLARSHIPS ANNUALLY.
