TO PROMOTE CO-EXISTENCE BETWEEN YOUNG ISRAELIS, ARAB ISRAELIS AND PALESTINIANS THROUGH THEIR PASSION FOR COOKING AND HOSPITALITY. IN COLLABORATION WITH INSTITUT PAUL BOCUSE, THE INITIATIVE EQUIPS STUDENTS WITH UNPARALLELED SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES IN CULINARY ARTS, SERVICE, AND MANAGEMENT. IN ADDITION, STUDENTS ARE GIVEN TOOLS TO ESTABLISH CO-EXISTENCE.
