GIVING EVERY CHILD THE OPPORTUNITY TO THRIVE FROM CRADLE TO CAREER REQUIRES DEDICATION AND TEAMWORK. EASTSIDE PATHWAYS HELPS INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS COLLABORATE TO FOCUS THEIR EFFORTS, INCREASE EQUITY, DECREASE HARM, AND DRIVE PROGRESS. TOGETHER, WE IDENTIFY, ADDRESS, AND TAKE STEPS TO DISMANTLE RACIAL AND OTHER INEQUITIES IN SYSTEMS AND PRACTICES CENTERING THOSE FURTHEST FROM JUSTICE, USING A PROVEN FRAMEWORK AND DATA-DRIVEN STRATEGIES, TO CREATE BETTER OUTCOMES FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND YOUNG ADULTS IN EAST KING COUNTY.
