THE ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED IN 1963 AS A STATE ORGANIZATION REPRESENTING THE CONCRETE PAVING INDUSTRY. ITS MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS OF MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS, AND OTHER FIRMS PROVIDING ESSENTIAL SERVICES TO THE CONCRETE PAVING INDUSTRY. THE HIGH STANDARDS TO WHICH THE ORGANIZATION ASPIRES ARE REFLECTED IN ITS STATEMENT OF PURPOSE.
