WITH THE FOUNDATION'S SUPPORT, THE CONTINUUM ENRICHES LIVES AND PROVIDES A LEVEL OF CARE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CORE MEDICAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY ALLINA HEALTH.
