TO TEACH SKILLS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT, RESPECT FOR THE RULES OF THE GAME, AND BASIC IDEALS OF SPORTSMANSHIP AND FAIR PLAY. IT IS OUR FUNDAMENTAL BELIEF THAT EVERY CHILD WITH A DESIRE TO PLAY BASEBALL BE AFFORDED THAT OPPORTUNITY.
