PROVIDE FUNDING TO ENHANCE, PROTECT, AND REHABILITATE GREAT LAKES FISHERY RESOURCES. THE ORGANIZATION WILL MANAGE ITS RESOURCES TO COMPENSATE FOR LOST USE AND ENJOYMENT OF THE LAKE MICHIGAN FISHERY RESULTING FROM OPERATION OF THE LUDINGTON PUMPED STORAGE PLANT.
