The Corporation was created and organized to own, maintain, operate and conduct facilities for the long-term and congregate care, and assisted and independent living to the elderly in a single campus community, as well as to assist and coordinate activities and service of facilities for health care, education, and housing for the aged and social services in accordance with the charitable works tradition of the Roman Catholic Church.
