UNDER THE OHIO INSTITUTIONAL TRUST FUNDS ACT OF 1999, THE BENEFICIARIES HAVE CHOSEN TO RECEIVE THE MAXIMUM OF INCOME BASED ON THE GREATER OF 5% OF AFV OR TRADITIONAL INCOME.
