ENCOURAGE THE PRACTICE OF LAW IN THE FIELD OF CRIMINAL LAW AND JUSTICE AS A PROFESSION; PROMOTE AND ADVANCE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY IN THE PRACTICE OF CRIMINAL LAW; PROMOTE ETHICAL PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES; ADVANCE THE INTERESTS OF ATTORNEYS EMPLOYED IN THE OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES OF RIVERSIDE COUNTY, AND TO PROMOTE THEIR ECONOMIC WELL-BEING; REPRESENT ATTORNEYS WHO ARE EMPLOYEES OF THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE IN THE OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES IN THEIR EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS WITH THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE AND TO PROMOTE FULL COMMUNICATION AND IMPROVE RELATIONS BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE AND ATTORNEYS EMPLOYED IN THE OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES OF RIVERSIDE COUNTY.
