Mission
THE OHIO STATE BAR FOUNDATION IS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION UNDER OHIO LAW, ORGANIZED FOR EDUCATIONAL, LITERARY, SCIENTIFIC AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES. IT IS A MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION OF ATTORNEYS AND JUDGES, AND IS CONSIDERED "THE PROFESSIONAL HONORARY OF OHIO LAWYERS." THE OHIOSTATE BAR FOUNDATION FULFILLS ITS MISSION OF PROMOTING PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE RULE OF LAW AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE JUSTICE SYSTEM THROUGHOUT OHIO BY AWARDING GRANTS TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT ADVANCE THAT MISSION.
