TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE BENEFIT OF CINCINNATI MUSEUM CENTER, NATIONAL UNDERGROUND RAILROAD FREEDOM CENTER AND ANY OTHER TAX EXEMPT, NONPROFIT ENTITY OF WHICH THE CINCINNATI MUSEUM CENTER IS THE SOLE MEMBER AND TO CONDUCT ANY ACTIVITIES CONSISTENT WITH SUCH PURPOSES.
