TO IDENTIFY FIFTH GRADE CHILDREN LIVING IN LESLIE COUNTY, KENTUCKY WHOSE SCREENING/TESTING MAKES THEM EXCELLENT CANDIDATES FOR COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY. OUR PROGRAM INCLUDES MENTORING AND PREPARING OUR "KLOEPFER SCHOLARS" FOR SUCCESS IN A COLLEGE ENVIRONMENT. ALSO, THE KLOEPFER FOUNDATION PARTICIPATES IN OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS OF LESLIE COUNTY, KENTUCKY.
