THE PAYMENT TO MS WEIHE HUANG, WHO WAS VOLUNTEERING FOR CHARITIES BUT TERMINATE ILL (SHE LATER PASSED AWAY IN 2021), IS THE ACTIVITY OF OUR SPECIAL PROGRAM THAT GRANTS HUMANITARIAN SUPPORTS TO THE NEEDY, UNFORTUNATES, UNDERSERVED, OR UNDEREDUCATED. THIS SPECIAL PROGRAM IS IN LINE WITH FOUNDATION'S MISSION THAT IS TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE NONPOLITICAL NONRELIGIOUS FINANCIAL AIDS TO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENTS AND HUMANITARIAN EFFORTS DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY. THE PROGRAM HELPS FURTHERING THE EXEMPT PURPOSES OF OUR FOUNDATION.
